Every homeowner who contacts Subeasier Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said and agreed.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that often fall short may be removed. Subeasier Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. After that we will review the matter. This may include reaching out to the provider. We will then reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state consumer protection agency, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
